Policy & Terms.

Disclaimer:  By registering with Funky S.a.K Exotic Art Party you agree to the following. We (Funky S.a.K) business, or as owners of said business; along with the owner of Site where event is held will not be held liable for personal items broaught to, left at, or stolen from the establishment. While we are most concern about the safety of those who support and attend our venues we do ask that our patrons take responsibility for and of themselves. You acknowledge and agree at will, that you will hold harmless Funky S.a.K, the owners and the owner of venue Site held as it relate to the food and the food service. Our Chef is a professional and reserve the right to know if participant(s) are allergic to any particular foods. We hold individuals responsible for seemingly and apparent negligence of materials/supplies and work area. You stand to pay an extra fee for the appearance of negligencent use of materials and supplies and unecessary mess. There is zero tolerance of conflict and, or violence of any kind. We reserve the right to deny, and or reject a source of interest. No Refunds are given. We reserve the right to change our fees without notice. In the case of us cancelling, or changing scheduled dates and times, you will receive a voucher for event to be held at another date and time. In the case where event has a Rain Date and discovers that they would like to add more people to the party an initial fee is added on per person whenever the 15 Limit is reached. Should we have to cancel the party for whatever reason,  you will be accredited with the price of initial registration fee. Meaning: We have a retainers fee of $250 (for Exotic Art Parties). Specialty parties, such as Bachelorrete/Couples parties see below.  Your retainers fee is non-refundable. It will cover 5 participants at most for party's scheduled date, and time. You understand that by the purchase of our services you agree to our Services/SalesTerms and Policy.  For FSK Gift Certificates amounts not mentioned here, nor can be found on another page , use the form above to request your Gift Certificate amount. See Refund below. 

Art Parties for Couples: $175 per. Person. Payment as a group $1,425. Non- fundable Retainers fee $380. Price to cover two couples. All monies due must be received one week before scheduled event date and time. Retainers fee will cover 2 Couples. In the case where you book a party for a couple group of 7 you will still have the opportunity to experience the event using your retainers fee. The date is set and space is retained for your booking. If you miss your scheduled booked date remember there is no refund. We may be able to re-schedule your date, but this is not a promise. Plese contact us. 

Refund: You may receive a refund only if the event is cancelled by us.  We are not responsible for how you may decide to handle your participants attendence. Such as, any tickets/fees you might desire to charge your participants, if you decide to hire our services. Once you have paid the initial fee, how you charge your participants once we've been paid is up to you. You understand that once you have paid us the fee for the primary event this fulfills any amount of money charged from us to hold the event. There are no Cash refunds. However, we may accredit your account with a partial payment, being the non-refundable $250, or $380.  250 covers for 5 individuals. 380 Covers 2 Couples. You will need to have your receipt of purchase so make sure that you retain your copy. Please use our Contact form  for any questions, suggestions, or concerns. Please Note: As of October 15, 2015 FSK Art Parties will increase to $95 per. person. Our Couples party have been recently added on and therefore already reflect the increase. We do retain the right to update our Services/SalesTerms/Policy without notice. However, once you have Booked/retained one of our party packages your fee is locked in.
