Original artwork is created by Katie V. Flowers, a.k.a KvF. The original art works are created to last a life time because they are varnished with a protective seal.
When original piece is sold, unless the purchaser request to buy ownership the image remains that of the artist/copyright. Copyright can be sold and a contract will be presented, in these case. The artist however, will never create another of the same piece
because that is part of the lifetime agreement of the artist selling copyright.

Reminder- With a check it may take anywhere between 3 to 14 days for the check to clear.
Outside of USA boundaries paying by Check will take from 7 to 20 days clearance.

1. Please, understand that by downloading any of the art prints does not give you copyright to distribute the image in any way that you might want to. You are not purchasing the right to mass produce any of the images sold here.
2. If you would like to purchase copyright, please contact us using our Contact Us page for further discussion as it relates to the subject of copyright and massive distribution.
3. You may feel free to have the print transfered onto any applicable surface of your choice, such as a canvas, mug, T-shirt, etc. For your own personal enjoyment. The pixels determines the size of prints. The largest size of prints that can be made from these downloads producing a clear pitcher are about 16x18inches, which is pretty large.
4. We want you to enjoy our artworks. And, we would also like for you to legally receive our works as well. Should we become aware of abusive usage and major distribution without our consent we will seek legal action.

Refund Policy.
Original Artwork may be exchanged for a work of equal value. Patron may receive credit for returned original artwork and may use this credit towards the purchase of another original artwork. Or, may use the credit to purchase prints and any monies left over after will be applied to your account with us as credit towards your next purchase. In order for this promise to remain in good faith, the returned original work must be in the good quality of condition as received. We suggest that any and all returned work is shipped with insurance in case of damage during travel.
Limitation on returns: Patron has two weeks to return any unsatisfied artwork.
Prints are not refundable. However, if the print received is not in good quality condition just return it to us with a brief description of the problem. We will take, and make the needed steps to resolve the matter immediately.
In a case were the buyer of any of our original art prints decides that s/he just had a change of mind in regards to the purchase, please note: No refund. However, we will receive the art print and allow the patron a selection of another art print. Or, the monies will be accredited to the purchaser's account until the buyer is ready to own another artprint of their choice of equal value.

VIP's are considered as loyal patrons who have purchased artworks from us. It doesn't matter if you purchase an original artwork, original art-print, or download. Because we appreciate your patronage and know the importance of word of mouth we want to keep you happy. For this reason we offer our VIP special discounts on any of the artwork you see through-out our Site. If there is something our VIP sees and would like to discuss affordable pricing we are open to your inquiry and request. You must be a subscriber and you must make a purchase before receiving our VIP status. Once you have taken those two steps you will receive your Funky S.a.K VIP #ID via the email you provided us with upon making your subscription with us.
